I began my adult journey with a degree from Georgetown University and have worked with Fortune 500 companies, small start-ups, non-profits and individuals to help them achieve personal and professional goals. I received my coaching training and certification with The Coaches Training Institute as well as obtained additional lifestyle retirement coach training with Retirement Options. I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and credentialed with the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). I continue my professional development as a member of the International Coach Federation and the Retirement Coaches Association.
My home is in the San Francisco Bay Area and I coach internationally. When I’m not coaching, you can find me on a walk with my partner Marco and my Dachshund rescue Kip, rooting through a flea market, cooking for family and friends, or lost in a good book or knitting project.
