My adult journey began with a degree from Georgetown University and I have worked with Fortune 500 companies, small start-ups, non-profits and individuals to help them achieve personal and professional goals. I received my coaching training and certification as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from The Coaches Training Institute as well as additional lifestyle retirement coach training with Retirement Options. I am credentialed with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and continue my professional development as a member of the ICF and the Retirement Coaches Association.
My home is in the San Francisco Bay Area and I work internationally. When I’m not coaching, you can find me on a walk with my partner Marco and my Dachshund rescue Kip, rooting through a flea market, cooking for family and friends, or lost in a good book or knitting project.
