Hi, I’m Caroline….

I value and believe in the power of listening. People will surprise themselves when the truth surfaces.

My adult journey began with a degree from Georgetown University and continued with work for Fortune 500 companies, small start-ups, non-profits and individuals to help them achieve personal and professional goals. My current focus is on changing the narrative about how we engage and contribute in the second phase of life.

I received my training and certification as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from The Coaches Training Institute as well as additional lifestyle retirement coach training with Retirement Options. I am credentialed with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Licensed Associate of the Rethinking Retirement Program. I continue my professional development as a member of the ICF, the Retirement Coaches Association, and Modern Elder Academy.

My home is in the San Francisco Bay Area and I work internationally. When I’m not coaching, you can find me on a walk with my partner Marco and my dachshund rescue Kip, rooting through a flea market, cooking for family and friends, or lost in a good book or knitting project.
